Lawrence is a native of Nova Scotia, graduate of Acadia University, Dalhousie Institute of Public Affairs, Atlantic School of Theology, and several other colleges, including The Canadian Forces Language School. As a veteran of 25 years in the Canadian Forces, he developed financial and administrative skills and is capable of communicating in both official languages. Serving at various locations in Canada as a military chaplain, including Bosnia and Afghanistan, on retirement he was one of two Principal Chaplains in the Forces with the rank of Colonel. Prior to advanced academic studies in Halifax in the early 1980s, Lawrence had served as a Residential Property Assessor in Nova Scotia, experiences and skills that transferred well to his role when he became a REALTOR®?in 2010. As a resident of Wolfville, his personal experience of buying and selling homes across Canada and in our local community gives him a unique perspective in assisting clients, particularly those seeking to downsize or transition to a simpler lifestyle.
