Allen Chase

Allen was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley; and currently resides in Kentville with his wife, Jennifer, and four children: Noah, Abby, Ethan and James.

Allen believes effective communication is the key to making your next real estate transaction a fun and stress-free experience. Having practiced real estate since 2009, Allen has served on the Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board (from 2010 to 2015), the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors, 2015–present, and the Annapolis Valley Honour Choir Board of Directors.

In 2015 Allen, and then business partner Peter Morse ( Retired), began working together and created a real estate team now known as the Annapolis Valley Real Estate Group. Since then, he has welcomed Jeff Pettigrew to the Team. Allen, and Jeff offer expertise in all areas of real estate, from farm and agricultural properties to, multi-unit/income, commercial properties, and everything in between.

Their clients-first approach means that you’ll be working with a professional real estate agent who listens to you, provides expert advice, and works hard on your behalf.

In 2023 Allen assumed the role of Broker, and together with John MacKay (Owner and Managing Associate Broker), and Maggie MacKay, (Managing Associate Broker), is extremely excited to grow the MacKay Real Estate brand and build on the success and reputation started by our founder, Victor MacKay.
